what we love
Meraki has always been inspired and enjoyed by the couple's stories. The first time meeting Truc also started like that, it was about listening to the journey together in the past and understanding the wishes for the upcoming wedding ceremony... Meraki eventually discovered the most dazzling thing in Trúc and Huy's harmony and patience for each other, which was as delicate as a jazz melody. We thought of an epiphany: Soulmate - the perfect person for you and the perfect half of our lives.
We believe that joy is what every bride and groom on their wedding day wishes to spread. The warmth between the two of them - an intimacy like a flame, shone brightest in private moments when just the two of them stood in front of each other, and the world went silent. The idea of a wedding full of meaningful activities for the guests, but also full of private moments for the couple had been rekindled in Meraki ever since.
Getting ready
Trúc & Huy showed meticulousness in their care for the people they love. Despite struggling to prepare for their own wedding day, the couple did not forget their family and friends were also busy "getting ready". Each small gift, including a warm welcome letter, a detailed program timeline, and a little sweetness from cookies and chocolate, was carefully put in the guest room...
What could be more joyful than spending time with the people who mean the most before the precious moment in life? Our bride spent the hours before the wedding with her best friend - who did not hesitate to travel 10,000 kilometers to be with Trúc. The wine was uncapped and the stories were poured into glasses. Meraki doesn't recall much about that day, but we remember the two girls laughing a lot while sipping a little bittersweetness, and that day began to glow like the pink light of an opened bottle of champagne.
ATTIRE
Our bride loves simplicity and elegance.
Therefore, Meraki was overjoyed to see Trúc sparkle in Mira Zwillinger's wedding gown. The pure white tone was connected and stitched between the layers of fluttering chiffon, emphasizing the beauty and gentleness. Trúc was like the most gorgeous flower under the shadow of the Four Seasons Resort's green trees and sea.
Since the reception was filled with more lively and intimate activities, our bride chose to put on a dress from designer Nguyễn Hoàng Tú:
a youthful dress with a stylized top like a crop-top. The loose sleeves were designed like two bows and the bottom skirt has a playful split. Huy, the groom, was equally stunning in an exquisite suit that was ton-sur-ton with the bride's dress, enhancing the couple's harmony at all times
Decoration
Being whispered by the bride's fondness for baby blue, the bride & Meraki decided to choose this color as the major decoration theme for the couple's wedding ceremony: from tablecloths to menus and decorative flowers. On a pastel blue background, white, orange and green colors from roses, daisies, orchids and peonies blend together, creating a gentle, sweet space.
Under the cool green areca trees, fresh coconuts printed with Huy - Trúc's name were served at each table, conveying a pleasant and uncomplicated vibe. Since the wedding was held by the sea, it appeared that the freshness had also applied a filter layer to the surrounding environment, as well as a little piece of summer sunshine shimmering on the translucent rows of seats and the summer aroma.
The celebration
First look & Private vows
Huy and Truc read each other the vows after the heart-fluttering moment of First Look, following the wish to keep the most cherished moments for the couple alone. By the pool, the couple sat close together, expressing their sacred wishes that are as close as confidants. Not many eyes witnessed that beautiful moment, but many smiles and tears that afternoon made Meraki firmly believe that the road ahead of the two of you would be gentle and happy.
The ceremony
Following the First Look and Private Vows session, the bride and groom had an emotional ceremony in front of all the guests. No need to say too many words because the most important things have been secrectly sent to each other, the moment Trúc and Huy say "Yes", the whole world blessed the two of you.
Each guest received a blue paper fan with their own name tag and a unique code, which was still delicate and thoughtful to each individual. This was the winning lottery number for the wedding reception's surprise celebration.
