I cannot recommend Meraki Wedding Planner highly enough - they are, without a doubt, the most incredible team you could ever dream of having by your side for your wedding. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Planning a wedding in Vietnam while living overseas could have been overwhelming, but the Meraki team took care of everything with flawless precision and warmth. They liaised seamlessly with all of our vendors on the ground, strategically gathered and organized every piece of information, and presented it in such an easy, digestible way. Their feedback on each option was practical, honest, and insightful, which gave me complete confidence in every decision we made together. I grew to trust them wholeheartedly - and that peace of mind was priceless. Our wedding was held in Sa Pa, high in the mountains - a more complex location to access, with 70 people flying in from all over the world. Meraki handled the logistics with absolute grace. Not only did they coordinate our wedding day to perfection, but they also helped us plan a pre-welcome pool party and dinner that set the tone for the most magical celebration. Every single detail, from the big picture to the smallest touches, was executed with thoughtfulness and care.
