Dearest Meraki, You gave me not just a wedding magically beyond my wildest dream, but also a planning journey that became one of the most beautiful periods of my life. The first time I met Xuan and she showed me the team’s masterplan spreadsheet, I was sold. I immediately loved how meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented the team was. Xuan was never just “a wedding planner” to me, but more like a sister throughout the process — someone who genuinely took the time to understand us, observe our style, personalities, and preferences, and thoughtfully propose ideas and vendors that felt incredibly us. But beyond aesthetics and creativity, what truly makes Meraki exceptional in my opinion is the team’s organizational and operational capability. A destination wedding at this scale requires so much more than beautiful ideas — it requires serious organizational skills, calmness under pressure, and relentless problem solving. And I genuinely think this is where the Meraki team shines the most. We had an outdoor wedding in Da Lat in November, which we already knew from the beginning was a massive risk. But none of us could have imagined what a roller coaster it would become. Pretty much everything that could possibly go wrong with the field that day did go wrong. The grass became completely waterlogged, large puddles started forming right where guests were supposed to sit, we suddenly needed additional tents for the kitchen that could not go up in time, we needed proper walkways for guests, slippers, umbrellas — the list just kept growing by the hour. And through all that chaos, Xuan and the team literally worked relentlessly to make things happen — shoveling sand, pushing carts of sand around the field, cleaning nonstop, running around the venue for hours trying to solve one issue after another. What I appreciated the most was that throughout the entire process, Xuan never complained or made the bride and groom feel anxious. No panic, no negativity, no unnecessary stress passed on to us. The team always chose to handle every situation as calmly and seamlessly as possible so that we could still fully enjoy our wedding day. It was only after everything was over that I truly understood how much the team had gone through behind the scenes. Thank you so much to Xuân, Thục Anh, Phụng, Nguyên, and Trang for all the care, love, effort, and energy you poured into our wedding. Meraki are so much more than just a wedding planner to us — you’ve become family and such a beautiful part of our memories from this entire journey.
