Testimonial
If you're planning a wedding in Vietnam, especially from abroad, and want a team you can truly trust, we can't recommend Meraki enough.

We worked with Meraki for our wedding at Mia Boutique Hotel in Saigon, and honestly, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From day one, Meraki impressed us with how professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented they are. They have an amazing network of vendors, and every recommendation felt well-curated and perfectly suited to our style and vision. We live in Canada, so planning a destination wedding came with a lot of moving parts. What made the biggest difference was how organized and on top of...

What we loved

Some weddings mark the beginning of a new chapter. Others become a quiet celebration of everything that has already been built. For Như and Khoa, this wedding belonged to the latter. Nearly ten years after exchanging their vows in Canada, they returned to Vietnam not to make their commitment official, but to finally celebrate it with the people who had always been part of their story. Surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and their little son Kai, the evening felt less like a wedding and more like a long-awaited homecoming.

What stayed with us most was the kindness they extended to everyone around them. From the very beginning, Như and Khoa never saw the wedding as something created solely for themselves. They wanted every guest, every family member, and every person behind the scenes to feel equally welcomed. Even the vendors shared a table alongside everyone else, not quietly working from the sidelines, but joining the celebration as part of it. It was a small gesture, yet one that reflected something much greater: their genuine gratitude for every person who had become part of their journey.

Decoration

Như arrived with a remarkably clear vision from the very beginning. She knew exactly how she wanted the celebration to feel: timeless, understated, and quietly elegant. At the heart of the ceremony stood an installation that felt deeply personal to the couple.

Rather than a traditional floral arch, Như and Khoa envisioned sculptural interpretations of the horse and the goat, inspired by their zodiac signs and reimagined through the language of classical European architecture. Gentle curves met bold forms, balancing softness with quiet strength, much like the two personalities that have complemented one another throughout the years. It was a subtle detail that many guests may not have immediately noticed, yet one that carried a story only the two of them truly understood. Woven seamlessly into the old-money inspired aesthetic they loved, the ceremony became not only a beautiful setting for their vows, but also a reflection of the life they had built together.

Celebration

By the time this celebration finally took place, Như and Khoa had already built the life they once dreamed of together. Ten years had passed since they first exchanged their vows in Canada, and somewhere between those years came countless ordinary days, shared dreams, unexpected challenges, and eventually little Kai. When it came time to exchange their vows once again, neither of them had prepared anything in advance. They simply looked at one another and spoke from the heart. There were no carefully chosen words, only quiet gratitude, shared memories, and the kind of understanding that can only grow after years of choosing each other, day after day. Standing close by was Kai, perhaps the most beautiful reminder that some promises are not only spoken, but lived.

That same love could be seen in the people gathered around them. Family members shared stories of resilience, gratitude, and the quiet moments that had shaped Như's journey long before this day arrived. Alongside them were Như's students, who came early to help their teacher prepare for one of the most meaningful days of her life..

Looking around the room, it no longer felt like a traditional wedding reception. It felt like a long-awaited reunion, where every embrace, every heartfelt speech, and every shared smile quietly honoured the life Như and Khoa had built together over the past decade. More than celebrating a marriage, everyone had gathered to celebrate the people, the memories, and the journey that had brought them here.
