Testimonial
If you’re looking for a wedding planning team that’s not only exceptional at their work but also genuinely kind people and you’ve read this far - you’ve found the right team!

We spoke with numerous planners before choosing Meraki, and they stood out as an experienced, dedicated team with reasonable fees who genuinely care about their couples—not just profits. Planning a destination wedding from afar felt effortless with their support. Our wedding was in December, and during a quick trip home in July, Meraki organized our entire itinerary for in-person tasks, from checking out jazz bands to getting my suits tailored. I was especially impressed by their dedication—they accompanied me to...

What we loved

In many Eastern traditions, an unexpected shower is less interruption than blessing — a quiet promise of new beginnings. At Diệp and Hy’s wedding, that off-season rain felt exactly like that: not a disruption, but the delicate soundtrack to a celebration shaped by optimism, wholeheartedness, and the many small acts of care exchanged between friends and family.

Their vows unfolded in a tucked-away garden, where Diệp’s footsteps seemed to part the mist. Surrounded by the soft scent of blossoms and the kind, steady gaze of those who mattered most, the moment settled like the first, unforgettable chord of a song she had always wanted to sing.

As daylight gave way to evening, the mood shifted effortlessly — the space warming into an intimate jazz bar, just as Hy had wished — a setting that revealed the couple’s shared sensibility: gentle, artistic, and true to themselves.

For Diệp and Hy, every guest was treated as a note in a larger composition. That care showed in thoughtful little gestures: a steaming hot milk station offering the comfort of a warm embrace on a chilly Đà Lạt night; personalized CD favors, each labeled with a song title meaningful to its recipient and tucked inside with a handwritten note of thanks. Watching people search for the disc with their name felt like watching friends find their place in the couple’s story — small discoveries that made the evening feel remarkably intimate.

When the music began, the room bloomed. The first dance -choreographed by Hy himself - was a playful, tender declaration: a sequence of movements that hinted at spontaneity and deep rapport, the perfect prelude to a life they’ll choreograph together. Laughter, shared looks, and the sweep of improvised steps turned the floor into a private conversation between two people who know how to listen and how to lead.
