Our wedding in Barcelona was a dream came true, and Meraki helped make that happen - 10 thousand kilometers away!
Even though Meraki wasn’t able to physically be there for our wedding, they did everything they could to make sure the day would run smoothly. And guess what: so far it was the best day of our life! We have nothing but praise and appreciation for this team. Thank you Meraki, for everything that you did for us. You guys are amazing.

We are both expats living here and had very specific ideas of how we wanted our wedding to be. Xuan and Tu were very attentive and insured our vision came true. We knew our wedding would be a difficult event as it was not hosted in a traditional wedding venue so a lot of details and careful planning was needed! They worked with us with great communication, informing us on all details – even if there were things we couldn’t achieve they talked us through reasons and available options. One of their biggest achievements was the last minute rescheduling of our wedding date when we had to move our wedding to a day later due to a family emergency (flight delays!). They went through all vendors and bookings and organized everything –amazing! The wedding was truly stunning, friends and family always mention their memories of it. We were so happy to have Xuan and Tu as wedding planners and they became a special part of our wedding and remain our close friends today.

They helped us with everything while we were abroad, then took care of us and our wedding before and after the wedding when we arrived in VN. We became friends at the end. We used Tu and Xuan for our wedding in Saigon in November 2018. From the start Xuan and Tu were extremely responsive to us. We are not located in Vietnam and we could not have had a wedding in Saigon without their hard work. They went the extra mile to secure a venue that we had never even seen in person before and they patiently worked with us through emails for 7 months. Organizing a wedding in Viet Nam is not easy when you live abroad. When we started to think about finding a wedding planner. We researched a lot of websites and finally we found The Meraki team. We were grateful and lucky to work with Xuan, Tu, Phung for 6 months. We corresponded by emails and just met a few times before the wedding day came but everything went amazing smooth.
The young team had a lot of good ideas, were professional, patient & passionate. I still remember like it was yesterday how happy our families and friends were that day.

My hubbie and I could not think of any word that would worth Meraki's effort putting on our special day. They are not the type of wedding planner that would only throw you the plan and remind you on the deadlines but would personally go with you along the way. Many couples share that the preparation phase is so tiring and stressful but Meraki made it feel so easy that we do miss it sometimes and would even want to redo it again and again. We sincerely appreciate how they always listen to our love stories, our worries about every bad things that could happen, and our difficulites regarding the budget to balance everything out, making our experience so memorable. Meraki is - no doubt - amazing. Like any others who were in wedding planning process, we talked to many planners. We had limited budget so we initially did not aim for such a top notch team like Meraki. But after our first consultation with Tu, we couldn’t move on. His dedication and ‘going above & beyond’ attitude even before we decided to sign the contract is what sealed the deal. And we never look back.
In conclusion, choosing Meraki was the best decision we made. To any couple that has limited budget like us, you might think why spend a good portion of your budget on a great planner?
